½ cup (41g) old-fashioned oats
½ cup (122g)unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop (32g) vanilla protein powder
½ tsp (1g) cinnamon
¼ tsp (2g) vanilla extract
1–2 tsp (5g) calorie-free sweetener (e.g., stevia or monk fruit)
1 tbsp (3g) powdered peanut butter
1 tsp (2g) chia seeds
Cinnamon Roll Yogurt Drizzle
¼ cup (57g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tsp (5g) almond milk
¼ tsp (1g) cinnamon
½ tsp (2g) calorie-free sweetener
In a jar or an airtight container, combine oats, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener, powdered peanut butter, and chia seeds.
Stir well until fully mixed.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours) to let the oats soak.
In the morning, stir and adjust the texture with more almond milk if desired.
In a small bowl, mix the drizzle ingredients until smooth, then swirl it over the oats.
Optional: Top with a dash of cinnamon or crushed nuts for crunch.
