2 apples, peeled and chopped (180g)
2 large eggs (100g)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (32g)
5 tbsp cocoa powder (25g)
Β½ tsp baking powder (2g)
Β½ tsp Truvia or sweetener of choice (2g)
β No flour. No oil. Just high-protein goodness.
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Blend apples until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined.
Pour into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
Bake for 20β25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
